Breadwinners Season 1 Scorecard

(incomplete because the season is still airing)

Well, here we are. I said I was watching the show, and here's a scorecard to prove. Why did i do this? I guess i wanted to find more gems, and i did, but it also found crap. This show is still mediocre, and having watched the whole thing, I'll say it did kind of grow on me, but it also got kind of tiring after awhile. If i hear one more duck pun..

Now let me explain the ratings system. Okay mostly means that it has some sort of good in it, but not enough to be Good, but also not enough bad to be truly Meh.  Some are close to good (Raging Mole, Switcheroo, beach day of horror), some are close to Meh/bad (Pondgea's got talent, Insane in the crane game, ) and some were just in the middle (Space Ducks,  Oonski the Gratfeul)., Likewise,. some Meh's were close to bad. (Stank Breath, Love Loaf, and especially Poltergoose).

Before you bitch there being only 3 bad episodes, compared to 5 good ones, remember that most of the mehs are still not good at all, just not really worthy of my anger. If you combined Meh and bad, you get 14 which is much bigger. Though it is more complicated with the okay episodes, which are smack in the middle between meh and good a lot of the time. The point, there are mroe episodes i did not enjoy than ones i did. Happy?

Now, for the debatable ones..

BROCRASTINATION: The two are kind of unlikable, shirking responsibilities and stuff, but it also almost has them learn a lesson about not doing so or your dirty dishes will turn into an evil monster. It also some decent gags here and there.

FOWL FUED: It's  a ripoff of Naughty Nautical Neighbors, which means the good and bad parts of that concept are here There are some nice moments with them becoming friends again, but it also then being kind of unlikable and annoying.

FOOD FIGHT CLUB: This one is more complicated. It's due to the plot itself (It's okay) but cuz of one part: T-Midi. In this episode, he runs an underground food fight club, and he forces our heroes to fight each other, even though in the context of the episode, they did nothing to deserve torment. Yeah, it's almost T-Midi's Little Yellow book...but after FBTN i don't blame him for doing this, but as i said, they didn't do anything bad in htis episode.  I'm ...conflicted. He was also kind of a dick in Lil' Loafie but that was less weirder than this.

WORST EPISODE: From Bad to Nurse

"BEST" EPISODES: Yeasterday, Night of the Living Bread (Starts off with an actually good song. That's all i gotta say), Tunnel of Fear. (Creepy in a good way and is one of the few times the duo are worth rooting for)


So yeah, that's all i got. I'll update this when new episodes come out. But when Season 1 ends, I think I'll stop watching the show unless i am told about an especially good/bad one. And yes, you may bitch about me putting Love Loaf as Meh below.
