I watched this episode again and I had to vent again. Even with the decent subplots, this is probably my most hated Disney Channel Sitcom episode (outside of Hannah Montana) and the show itself doesn't piss me off too much, most of the time.
It has the exact same structure as Freaky Fido but it's made worse with less humor, more torture and no good intentions to speak of. Yes, this is the “Somebody doesn't like love Raymond” trope at first but it goes in a different direction, when it could have taken the high road.
Nonethless, I'll never let anyone bitch about A Friend in Deed again because this exists. By the way, my brother tells me Good Luck Charlie did this plot right, (teacher and everything) so I'll have to watch it.
Yes, I will do a full blog review of this. It's....bad. By the way, the Logan subplot actually starts an arc that continues in the recent Halloween episode. So this episode is actually important. Sigh..
By the way, that episode has Lindy almost learn a lesson but just does something asshole-y something...SAME WRITER AS THIS EPISODE. Ugh.
